Dear Lord and God, each week we are given the privilege of starting over fresh, this week is no exception. Not all of us are here now, so we first ask for safe passage for our colleagues, less our leaders and their staff will prepare for the week to come. You know there are so many parts to the function of a sate gonvernment that we need your enlightenment and ask for your guiding hand. The best government is one where we honour you first acknowledge that Your will shall be done according to your word. Dear Lord You're our refuge and our strength and nothing is done that you have not allowed. Be with us in the times of decision so that we will do, what will do will be pleasing to you. All glory be to God the father and to the son and to the Holy Spirit as it was in the beginning, is now and will be forever. Amen! I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all. Justice [XX] representative Torbe is recognized. Mr. Speaker, the general paper of 30th has been examined and found to be correct, I move that it be approved as written. Dear Mr speaker the soul to North Carolina general statute 62-10 I am pleased to nominate Secretary of Revelou[sp?] Linance[s[?] Grey to serve as a member of North Carolina utilities commission. Secretary Grey has a distinguished career with the Federal government, the State of North Carolina, and in private industry. With his leadership, North Carolina is making tremedous progress, I urge this confirmation at the earliest possible time including your biographical information for secretary Gray and require your disposal form please feel free to contact my office and any additional information.
