The Senate will come to order. The Sergeant at Arms close the doors. Members will go to their seats. Members and guests of the gallery please silence all electronic devices. Leading the Senate in prayer is Senator Chad Barefoot. All members and guests in the gallery please stand. [SPEAKER CHANGES] Heavenly father, Lord, we again thank you as always for giving us a free country to live in. Lord, we just ask your blessing upon other nations that are in turmoil right now. We pray that you give their leaders wisdom as you bestow wisdom upon us on how to direct the business of our state. All these things we ask in Jesus name, amen. [SPEAKER CHANGES] Senator Woodward is recognized for a motion. [SPEAKER CHANGES] Thank you, Mr. President. The journal of Saturday, August 2nd, 2014 has been examined and is found to be correct. I move that the Senate dispense with the reading of the journal and that it stand approved as written.
