Senator Barefoot is recognized for a motion. [SPEAKER CHANGES] As Mr. President, the journal of Thursday, March 28, 2013 has been examined and has been found to be correct. I move that the senate dispense with the reading of the journal, and that it stand approved as written. [SPEAKER CHANGES] Without objection, the journal from March 28 stands approved as written. Ratification of bills? [SPEAKER CHANGES] The enrolling Clark reports the following bill, duly ratified for presentation to the governor. Senate bill 11, an act to designate the month of April each year as an organ donation awareness donate life month, and to provide that the act should be entitled duffy's law.
