The General Assembly just came back into session yesterday, and so the bills don't actually come on the floor until they go through a committee process. So the committees are just These are just now fired up today and so we'll probably have a more robust day on Thursday of this week, but that's why you don't see so many folks here. Members for your planning purposes tomorrow we're gonna have session at 9 am but there will be no votes tomorrow so you don't have to be here. The plan tomorrow and there's also going to be without abjection the appropriations committee is also Authorized to meet at 9 A.M. tomorrow when the house is in session. Any objection to that? None so order. The plan tomorrow will be that we'll come into session at 9 am and the reason we're coming in early is because we're gonna read in the bills. There's I think maybe three bills that are gonna be hurried in committee later that day They have to do with confirmations of appointments, one to the SBI. I believe there are three superior court appointments and a number of appointments to the industrial commission. So what's going to happen is those bills will be read in the normal course, and they will then be referred to, I think the judicial Appointments are gonna go to JI and then the appointments for Industrial Commission and the SBI will go to the Rules Committee. Members who serve on that committee should be prepared to meet later in the day tomorrow to take up those appointment bills and then they would come one Thursday's calendar for action. That being said there will be no vote No votes tomorrow but I would expect Thursday there will be a number of motions. That being said, notices and announcements? For what purpose does the gentleman from Cumberland, Representative Floyd, rise? >> Inquiry of the Chair. >> The gentleman may state his inquiry. >> Thursday's time please, Mr. Speaker. >> Thursday's time, we'll probably have a morning session Probably a 10 A.M. session on Thursday because I don't know of any committees that are gonna require anything, we may do nine maybe ten. If it's that point in session where we can let posts get to back to their districts because the schedule allows it but obviously as we get moving most of [INAUDIBLE] Cumberland will be very happy about that. >> Follow up, Mr. Speaker. >> Gentleman may state his follow up. >> There's no objection to eight. >> We've got some late sleepers around here. I don't know if we can get 8 O'clock. Further notices and announcements? If not the gentleman from Harnett Representative Lewis has recognised the motion. >> Mr. Speaker subject to the introduction of bills and resolutions and committee appointments I move the house adjourned to reconvene Wednesday April 27th at 9 o'clock AM. >> Representative Lewis makes moves seconded by representative Floyd that the Ask you to adjourn subject to the re-referrals bills and resolutions, introduction of bills and resolutions and committee appointments to reconvene on April 26th 2016, April 27th, excuse me, 2016 at 9 AM. Those in favor will say aye. >> Aye. >> Those opposed no. The ayes have it. We stand adjourned.
