Thank you Mr. Speaker Senate Bill 378 was prompted by a very bad traffic accident in which a person died and the perpetrator person at fault, had a history in these kind of accidents, recent history so what senator Beckham is trying to do here is increase the penalty for the unintentional death by motor vehicle, from 150 days which was the maximum that The senate can be given that time to a year that all basically what this bill does is got some stipulation and if you met this stipulation it gives the judge to increase your penalty to a year [xx] motor vehicle after the following questions to representative Steven as far as legal questions, because I'm [xx] and be the lawyers anybody can be in here, so thank you Mr. Speaker Further discussion and further debate, for what purpose does the gentleman from Rockingham representative Jones rise? The mission of the town municipality caucus is to create an opportunity open environment for legislators with municipal experience to offer education about state municipal partnership and exchange information about legislation that would impact municipal government. Active participation by caucus and members will bring greater awareness to the decision made at the state level and how practically effect services to citizens at municipal level, leadership of this town municipality caucus will include ourselves and Senators general Ford and west admired these chairs. Last week Representative Ford and I were fortunate to announce and proudly announce that our girls won the National soft ball championship this week. Thank you I wanted everybody to know that Dr. Wayne Dyer passed away on Sunday and I talked often spoke of him in the house chamber and I could not leave here and not say how he's going to be missed. He's a world reknown inspirational speaker and I have often spoke of him, he transitioned. and in Hawaii at his home and one of the things he did is he took a coat and hang it in his closet and he cut the pockets out it, so he's going to be buried in their and the reason he did that is because his reality was that when he left he would not be able to take anything with him. So that was one of the things that stuck with me and I wanted you all to know even though he's gone, that does mean that I still will not be saying things from his 30 plus books that he has written, thank you. Mr. Speaker I also want to rise and congratulate a new person to the general assembly, simply want to say to him that we are now cruising at an latitude at about 20000 feet, we left somewhat late, but we do believe that we're going to alive set them at 18 and we simply want to ask you that we're going to make out the difference if you just follow the wind beneath your wings and we know that you'll be a good legislator.
